1-MW guides clients through European environmental and permitting regulations, leveraging established agency relationships and precise study processes. Whether it’s new gas and electric corridors, infrastructure rehab, or brownfield redevelopment, Our team conducts detailed environmental studies during initial project planning to keep everything on schedule. Enviromental Desktop Review using Geographic Information System databases and shapefiles that are free and publicly available. Enviromental Hazard Assestment using readily available environmental records and client-supplied data in an effort to identify potential significant environmental hazards, and/or historical environmental issues at or adjacent to the Project. Cultural Resources Desktop Assessment. Preliminary, desktop-level background research with a review of data available Cultural Resources Information System for the project site. Ordinance Review. Municipality Zoning, Landscaping, use permits. The information will be consolidated in a narrative memo which will include a preliminary permit matrix, potential schedule constraints, and impact avoidance/minimization and permitting strategy recommendations, which can used for Project development and planning purposes.
